About the Role
The Development Director leads all revenue producing segments and initiatives to support the organization’s mission.
Requirements
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute revenue producing strategies.
Manage the Development team.
Oversee grant writing, donor engagement, and sponsorship relationships.
Collaborate with marketing to enhance relationship engagement.
QUALIFICATIONS
Strong leadership and strategic planning skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
EXPECTATIONS
Commit relevant time requirement needed to complete responsibilities.
Actively participate in team meetings, providing updates and insights on Development team.
Regularly report to the Director of Finance, ensuring transparency processes and compliance.
Organize and save documents in the organizations record keeping system.
